Every morning at 6.30 am Marta starts her work at the Kantamanto Market. She has been working from 6.30 am till 5 pm for almost 20 years. Depending on the day she can make 300 Cedi or 1000 Cedi on the clothing she is selling. She always prefers to buy her bills from the countries who have better quality clothing but lately the prices of the bills have increased a lot. When she started, a bill would cost between 150 and 1500 Cedi. Now the cheapest costs 1500 whereas the ones with the better quality costs 5000 cedi. UK bills are usually the most expensive but also the best.
